With nearly 10 years' work as a copywriter, I produce tailored communications by sourcing two key elements; regular assessments of where audiences stand in their change process, and an astute analysis of people's intentions and postures at a personal level. Tailored communications that speak to and support people towards a new, improved WoW and interacting, addressing the real issues.
