More about me

I'm a French-speaking Belgian-British freelance consultant born in Brussels with experience in operations, training, communications and managing teams, with a defining drive and taste for change. I find nothing more energizing than the continued, superbly testing at times, quest for increased joy amidst fruitful collaborations and organizational efficiency.

Why change? Because it mobilizes me in the most comprehensive and satisfying way, making work extremely gratifying and positively challenging in my own change ride through life.

I have demonstrated skills at building teams and sustaining productive interactions. This proves to be a great asset in accompanying teams through transformation processes.

I speak French, English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

"Nakanaori" is Japanese for making peace, healing relationships. I seek to promote peace and collaboration every step of the way. And having fun.
