While change takes on so many different forms and so the requirements widely vary, accompanying change from a project/communications stand-point is best conducted in a sequenced approach using methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR. So far, I've had the experience of working on three large roll-out projects (in telco, in manufacturing and in the energy sector) that required the use of ADKAR and Lean. I became certified in 2022.
