Learning & Development - ENGIE GEMS

In the context of a platform migration project from SAP to SalesForce CRM, client ENGIE GEMS Sales B2B department needed assistance in ensuring migration adoption and in the production of clear guidelines to the new tool.

Business Change Management - Sibelga

From so far what came to be the best scoped request, and a client's demand most in line with what one can expect from an ADKAR approach to change activities and timeline management, I produced a list of tailored activities, training and communications contents suitable both for stakeholders and internal communications and external communications channels.

The duration of the mission (8 months) allowed to progressively set new communications standards for projects internally and produce templates for greater internal diffusion. Training and promotional videos, print, events, speech writing. Reporting to Opco.

Organization Design - Vivalis

With the purpose of reverting to a BAU pace post COVID-crisis, for a department suddenly larger and shifting in scope, Public Health Administration CCC-GGC needed assistance in shaping the organization.

Advised HR and C-Level, accompanied the department (42 ppl) towards a structured, collaborative way of working inside and between teams. The department gained in stability, standard processes started to emerge, roles and responsibilities were clarified, and BAU work resumed.

Additionally drafted a change roll-out proposal for a SAFe®-inspired TO BE state to further shape interactions and support professionalizing inside a new organization using a light Scrumban approach in JIRA.

Improvement Initiative - Tennant Europe

Hired by American cleaning industry leader Tennant, with a mission statement to 'Improve the NPS' as Change Manager for their Field Operations. A large endeavour that lead me to Paris where an SAP ERP transformation lead with an ADKAR approach in an acquisition context at a time of global supply chain shortcomings had generated cause for supporting sales and sales-support teams locally.

After auditing, I produced corrective recommendations, coached the sales & sales-support teams in moving from a passive to a reactive client management mode and launched a drop-shipping project in SAP with colleagues from Italy
(Lombardy) in order to avoid the local hub.

Change/Migration Management - Proximus

Experience of guiding through change while working as a Scrum Master and Senior Editor of the Conversational AI team at Proximus for their B2C chatbot. In leading the team through all practical aspects of day-to-day activities, I took on to ensure the smooth delivery of a content migration in an IT context. Assisted in dealing with change and managed contributions at cross-team delivery level to migrate to Google Dialogflow CX and assessed the change impact on the WoW, roles and responsibilities, alongside shaping standards and migration processes in a continuous improvement mode.
